The winners of the great awards, which have been distributed annually since 1979 by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and have been called as the "Ministry of Culture and Tourism Special Awards" since 2016, have been announced.

The original work, practice, review or scientific research in Turkey's cultural heritage and the art world to contribute submitters gratitude and acknowledgment in 2020 to the Ministry of Special Awards, which were presented as "Hisart Live History Museum" was also awarded.

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism Special Awards, Turkey's access to the cultural level of successfully explaining educational work and production are given in order to promote the service and works devotedly working communities or organizations to pass on to future generations.

The award ceremony held in the Presidential Complex Conference Hall; In addition to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Mustafa Şentop, Vice President Fuat Oktay, Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy and members of parliament attended.

On behalf of Hisart Live History Museum, our founder Nejat Çuhadaroğlu, his wife Ceylan Çuhadaroğlu and our Museum Manager Ömer Çalşimşek attended the award ceremony.

The award of our museum was presented to Nejat Çuhadaroğlu by our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in person.
